Morganne Manivong joined Allen Capital Group in May 2023 and serves as Director of Operations. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing internal operations and supporting the firm’s people, processes, and strategic initiatives. Morganne earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and holds the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation. Prior to joining Allen Capital Group, she spent more than a decade in the banking industry followed by ten years in human resources, bringing a well-rounded operational and people-focused perspective to the firm.
Active in the community, Morganne serves as a board member for Heartland United Way and CHI Foundation, is a committee member for Leadership Unlimited, and participates on the business advisory committee for Project SEARCH. She previously served as both a board member and board chair for Leadership Unlimited. Her recognitions include being named one of the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce’s Top 35 Under 35, graduating from Leadership Tomorrow Class 27 and Discover Grand Island Class 1, and receiving the inaugural 2023 Grand Island Independent Women’s inSpire Award for Excellence in Large Business. Born and raised in Grand Island, Morganne continues to call it home, where she lives with her husband, Phou, and their son, Kalen.
